Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders placed before October 18th will be processed on October 18-21, 2024.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive one, please check your junk or spam folder.
  • In general, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number that you included during checkout.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Sick Universe Canada Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

  • Sick Universe Canada Inc. is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping.
  • If you received your order and it was damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We currently ship to Canada, the United States of America, and these select international countries (United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore).
